167 Raw Sushi Bar’s menu is Japanese cuisine and seafood driven.  Our sushi rollers will operate at the front bar seating, in the view of the public, and will be expected to engage while the guests dine.   Precision, consistency, and quality is important, which is driven from the sushi roller’s ability to prepare and follow our recipes.   Applicant will have previous experience handling and preparing food according to food safety standards.

Our front of house team works together in all positions. Our shellfish shuckers, are the life blood of our establishment.  All shuckers must be highly proficient with multi tasking and shucking large volumes of shellfish.  Clean presentation, in conjunction with professional speed, is required.  During service, the shucker greets and engages with the guests, and must be able to  answers guests’ questions.  Our shuckers are responsible for basic food preperation and kitchen help. 167 Raw provides raw bars at our fish market, private events, and the Cisco brewery.  The expectation is to be available for all areas of 167 Raw.  The shucker will understand and follow food handling and safety standards.

Our food truck is an expansion of our fish market.  Serving fresh tacos, sandwiches, and appetizers.  The food truck is parked aside the “Market Garden” picnic area for the summer.  Our food truck team prepares and cooks the dishes, take the guests’ orders, and serves the guest out of the truck.  Our line cooks will be familiar with normal kitchen stations, including grill, and fry.  Knife skills will be tested!  The ability to time manage, while communicating with the team is essential in our food truck.
