Line Cook – Oyster Bar

167 Raw is hiring full time line cooks for the Oyster Bar at 193 King Street.

167 Raw Oyster Bar’s menu is seafood driven; our line cooks will be familiar with kitchen stations, including garde manger, sauté, grill, and fry. The ability to time manage, while communicating with the team is essential in the kitchen. Applicant will have previous experience handling and preparing food according to food safety standards. Our restaurant’s consistency is important, which is driven from the line cooks’ ability to prepare and follow our signature recipes, with the ability to create featured dishes, aligned with our menu style.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year, minimum, of line cook experience
  • Full availability and flexible schedule
  • Able to stand for long periods of time, in confined space
  • Able to lift 50+abs
