Prep Cook – Charleston

167 Hospitality is looking for a prep cook for our downtown Charleston restaurants.

Knife skills, ability to follow recipe, and 1 year of experience required.  Prepping ingredients for sushi, seafood, and mediterranean restaurants.  Opportunity to work with different styles, dishes, and techniques.

5 days a week, day time hours

Requirements

~ High school diploma or equivalent

~ 1 year, minimum of line cook experience

~ Able to stand for long periods of time
