Seasonal Food Truck Line Cook
Our food truck is an expansion of our fish market. Serving fresh tacos, sandwiches, and appetizers. The food truck is parked aside the “Market Garden” picnic area for the summer. Our food truck team prepares and cooks the dishes, take the guests’ orders, and serves the guest out of the truck. Our line cooks will be familiar with normal kitchen stations, including grill, and fry. Knife skills will be tested! The ability to time manage, while communicating with the team is essential in our food truck.
- 1 year, minimum, of kitchen experience
- Full availability and flexible schedule
- Able to stand for long periods of time, in confined space
- Able to lift 50+lbs
