Seasonal Prep Cook

Our prep kitchen is an expansion of our fish market.  Food items are prepared and packaged for retail in the 167 Raw fish market.  Our cooks are able to time manage, work with speed, keep a clean work space, and  have strong knife skills.  Working with our head chef and communicating with the team is essential in our kitchen.

 

Requirements

  • Full availability and flexible schedule
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 50+lbs
