The menu is seafood driven with traditional Japanese cuisine and techniques, with a rotating specials board based on fresh fish and seasonal produce.

The sushi station is conducted by 2 team members working on nigiri, sashimi, and maki.
167 Sushi Bar receives high quality seafood and the best ingredients. Working with whole fish that is butchered in house, offers the freshest product for the sushi bar.
167 Sushi Bar is open for 12pm for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.
This position will be a full time hourly position as a sushi roller, expected annual gross earnings $60,000 - $70,000

Raw Bar Shucker
167 Hospitality has a position open on our raw bar for a proficient shellfish shucker at 167 Raw Oyster Bar and BAR167 Bistro & Lounge.
167 has a strong reputation for the best oysters and raw bar, which includes our staff. Our shellfish shuckers are the lifeblood of our establishment and hold the standard for proper shucking methods.
All shuckers must be highly proficient with multi-tasking and shucking large volumes of shellfish. Clean presentation, in conjunction with professional speed, is required. During service, the shucker greets and engages with the guests, and must be able to answer guests' questions. Our shuckers are responsible for basic food preparation and kitchen help to aid in raw bar mis en place.

All locations are closed on Sundays.

Server Assistant
167 is hiring server assistant’s for 167 Raw Oyster Bar on King Street and BAR167 Bistro & Lounge on Fulton Street.
- Open Monday – Saturday 11am – 11pm
- Seeking full time and part time
- Lunch and dinner shifts.
167’s server assistants help the bar areas, the dining room, and the outdoor dining. Ability to run food and deliver plates to guests while able to describe the dishes to the guests. Fill ice trays/buckets, reset tables, and attend to trash, bathrooms, and bus buckets.
Looking for individual that has a positive attitude, take initiative, compose great team work and can demonstrate good judgment, decision making, and problem solving skills. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
167 are fast paced restaurants, and all employees are expected to be on time and ready to work.
Hourly wage plus portion of the tip pool. Average $20 – $26 an hour (pre tax)

Servers have a great knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and proper steps of service. All front of house are responsible to engage with the guests, input orders into a touchscreen POS system, pour wine, clear tables, clean and reset dining room, as well as deliver dishes to the tables.
Our crew embodies the “One dream, one team” mentality, and will participate in a tip pool. The restaurant relies on the front of house to work as a team, and must have a courteous and professional attitude in the work place. 167 Raw Fish Market is a seafood market that sells gourmet food items, beer, wine and 167 merchandise, Our front of house team works together in all positions. The assigned areas of the fish market change through out the day, and a full understanding of each task is required. Our fish market employees are responsible to cut portions of fish, keep a clean fish case display and store front, ring up retail orders on a touch screen computer system, and basic kitchen preparations. The front of house will engage with the guests, making their experience unique and special with knowledge of all products sold. The company relies on the front of house to work as a team, and must have a courteous and professional attitude in the work place.

Seeking experienced cooks to be familiar with kitchen stations, including garde manger, sauté, grill, and fry. Applicants will have previous experience handling and preparing food according to food safety standards. Our company’s consistency is important, which is driven from the line cooks’ ability to prepare and follow our signature recipes, with the ability to create featured dishes, aligned with our menu style.
Food truck menu consists of tacos, sandwiches, and appetizers. Using a 2 – 3 person line, line cooks are fast paced and multi-taskers.
167’s Food Truck is stationed by our market and prep kitchen with a garden patio adjacent. The food truck does not travel, and works as more of a satellite kitchen.

Our prep kitchen is an expansion of 167 fish market and food truck. Food items are prepared and packaged for retail in the 167 Raw fish market, food truck service, and catering services. Working with our head chef and communicating with the team is essential in our kitchen.
167 Raw’s prep kitchen handles the daily prep list, fish butchery, process incoming inventory, and keeps a clean kitchen. The prep kitchen works on multiple projects in a team setting.
8 hour shifts, 5 – 6 shifts a week
